Sennheiser Communications announces full headset support for IBM™ Sametime™
Copenhagen, June 1, 2011 – Sennheiser Communications, a leading provider of premium headset solutions is offering a complete range of solutions for IBM Sametime customers. The use of IBM Sametime together with Sennheiser Communications headsets is designed to deliver a very high level of comfort and sound quality to the IBM Sametime communication experience.
Most of IBM Sametime call features can now be controlled directly from the Sennheiser Communications headset. This is the case for answering and ending the calls as well as adjusting the volume or muting the call. In addition to this, Sennheiser Communications DW Series wireless headsets will add a total unparalleled mobility freedom to the end user with no compromise on sound quality.
With the introduction of the Sennheiser Sametime Validation Program, IBM Sametime customers can also benefit from a new customer satisfaction service. Specially designed for Sametime customers, this Program entitles them to “test prior purchase” the Sennheiser Communications headset that suits them best. Not only does Sennheiser Communications abide by “hearing is believing”, but is now bringing a new level to its service philosophy through this new service.
